On 27 and 28 of May, 2010, the Wageningen International Conference on Chain and Network Management (WICaNEM) will be organized in Wageningen, at the Hof van Wageningen conference centre. This biannual conference will draw together more than 200 representatives from academia, business, policy makers and NGOs. Some of you may remember the successful APF sessions we had at the 2006 Chain Conference.
Agri-ProFocus and the conference organisers have put together two APF sessions on the second conference day, Friday 28 May. These sessions consist of presentations of scientific papers on topics that we think are particularly interesting for APF members (see below). In addition, there will be a plenary session on sustainable international sourcing, with presentations by Nestlé and Solidaridad.
Representatives from APF members are invited to participate in the conference on Friday 28 May. The special fee for APF members on friday is 150 euro. Please register here
Please note that only by registration through this link APF members can benefit from the reduced participation fee.
The complete programme and additional practical information can be found at the general conference website.
We hope to see you at WICaNeM,
Hedwig Bruggeman, Agri-ProFocus
Jos Bijman, Wageningen UR
